  All tours are the same. They all include the live concert and the option of crossing Lake Martel by boat or on foot at no additional cost.

 IMPORTANT

  •  Tickets cannot be reserved by phone.
  •  Rain does not affect visits.
  •  The temperature in the caves ranges from 17 ºC to 21 ºC.
  •  The tours are conducted in groups but are NOT guided.
  •  Buy online at a discount to ensure you visit on the day and time you want, thereby avoiding possible queues at the ticket offices or issues with regard to availability.
  •  The discount only applies to tickets purchased on the website.
  •   If you do not enter the caves on the day and hour indicated you will lose your right to enter and will not be refunded the amount paid.
  •  There is no need to print out online tickets; you can download them to your phone.
  •  Holders of online tickets can go directly to the entrance to the caves at the time of your booking; you do not need to go through the ticket office..
  •  Your ticket states the time of your tour. We recommend you arrive around 15 minutes before the start of your tour to give you enough time to reach the entrance to the caves, which is located 200 metres from the car park
  •  You can buy your tickets up to 30 days in advance.
